WHAT IS TESTOSTERONE?
Testosterone is the primary male sex hormone. Testosterone is involved in health and well-being, and the prevention of osteoporosis. Insufficient levels of testosterone in men may lead to abnormalities including frailty and bone loss, as well as symptoms such as fatigue.
HIGH TRIGLYCERIDES STUDY DETAILS
The main objective of the study is to see how much the investigational medicine changes the risk of cardiovascular events. The secondary objective is to see how much the medicine changes the patients' testosterone levels.
BASIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Over the age of 45
Prior cardiac history such as heart attack, stroke, or stent placement
